Filling panel with 4 lever valves

COLTRI filling panel with 4 outlets and quick purge lever valves:

• Steel panel frame, with an oil-filled pressure gauge for accurate needle stabilization, and 4 independent outlets.
• To be connected to a compressor outlet or buffer bottles.
• This ramp allows for the inflation of diving cylinders and ARI cylinders used by fire safety services.

Equipment includes:

• 1 welded steel frame
• 1 pressure reading gauge
• 4 3-way quick purge joystick valves (with integrated purge)
• 4 Coltri 1.2-meter hoses
• 4 loading connections with anti-whip safety check valves (DIN 230 or DIN 300). The safety check valve prevents hose whip in case of accidental valve opening without the hose being connected to a diving cylinder.
• Inlet connection: Coltri-type connector (other connectors available upon request: 6S, 8S, 1/4" female, etc.)

Note: It is not possible to use a DIN-Yoke adapter that screws onto the DIN 230-bar connector with the anti-whip check valve connections. If you have diving cylinders with a yoke-type valve, consider the SC000325 or SC000329 inflation ramp with conservation valves at the end of the hose.

Installation:

• Wall-mounted with 4 screws (not included)
• Connection to the compressor or buffer bottles via flexible hoses or stainless steel piping (contact us for a supply quote).
• Preferably avoid installing the ramp in an environment exposed to chloramines. Chlorine can cause surface oxidation on the ramp and stainless steel tubes.

Options:

• Loading hoses secured with anti-whip cables instead of original hoses

This inflation ramp does not come with a regulator or safety valve. It is designed to be connected directly to the compressor or a buffer bottle rack that is already protected by a safety valve, and its operating pressure does not exceed the pressure of the diving cylinders to be filled.
