• Steel panel, with glycerin-filled pressure gauge for needle stabilization, and 4 independent outlets.
• The 2 left outlets are at network pressure, meaning either the final pressure of the compressor if the ramp is directly connected to it, the pressure of the buffers, or the pressure regulated by a pressure reducer positioned upstream of the ramp.
• The 2 right outlets are regulated by a pressure reducer and protected by a safety valve, allowing pressure adjustment between 140 and 300 bars.
• This ramp allows for the inflation of diving cylinders and ARI (self-contained breathing apparatus) cylinders used by fire safety services.

Possible configurations:

With this ramp, the following configurations are possible (to be specified when ordering):

• 2 outlets at 300 bars + 2 outlets at 200 or 230 bars
• 2 outlets at 230 bars + 2 outlets at 200 bars
• 2 outlets at 200 bars + 2 outlets at 176 bars
• Other configurations available upon request.

Equipment includes:

• 1 welded steel frame

• 1 adjustable and lockable pressure reducer to adjust the pressure of the 2 right outlets
• 1 safety valve to protect the 2 right outlets in case of misadjustment or failure of the pressure reducer
• 1 inlet pressure gauge (e.g., 300 bars)
• 1 outlet pressure gauge (to read the regulated pressure, e.g., 230 bars)
• 4 Coltri 1.2-meter flexible hoses
• 4 individual closure and purge valves, available in yoke, DIN 200, DIN 300, or 26 x 200 Nitrox configurations
• Inlet connection: Coltri-type fitting (other possible fittings available: 6S, 8S, 1/4" female...)

Installation:

• Wall-mounted with 4 screws (not provided)
• Connection to the compressor or buffers via flexible hoses or stainless steel piping (contact us for a supply quote).
• It is preferable to avoid installing the ramp in an environment exposed to chloramines. Chlorine can cause surface oxidation on the ramp and stainless steel tubing.

Options:

• Secure loading hoses with anti-whip cables instead of the original hoses
• Upstream TEK207000 pressure reducer to regulate pressure for buffers at 230 bars and above + safety valve
• Yoke-DIN adapter
• Additional outlets to convert your 4-outlet ramp into a 5 to 16-outlet ramp

Warning:

This inflation ramp is not equipped with a safety valve for the 2 non-regulated outlets. It is designed to be directly connected to the compressor or a buffer rack already protected by a safety valve, with a service pressure that does not exceed the pressure of the diving cylinders to be filled.
