COLTRI Armor 2 Secure Anti-Explosion Regulator for Inflating 2 ARI Bottles and Dive Blocks :

Anti-explosion protection has become a prescription or standard in many countries following accidents due to bottle explosions during filling. This regulator designed by COLTRI replaces costly protection measures for filling spaces and thus ensures a high level of legal safety for the operator.

• Protection against bottle explosions or the detachment of filling hose connections due to an extremely robust steel safety cell
• Transportable for mobile use, also in vehicles
• Controllable air evacuation at the top of the cabinet in case of a bottle explosion. For the protection of operators
• Easy loading, even in tight spaces
• Automatic locking of the anti-explosion bottle cart during filling effectively prevents incorrect handling

Equipment includes:

• 1 anti-explosion safety cabinet
• 1 safety door opening that prohibits filling when the door is open.
• 2 Coltri hoses with DIN 300 bar fittings (DIN 230 bar on request)
• 2 individual control valves
• 2 individual purge valves
• Input connection: DIN 5/8" fitting (other fittings possible: 6S, 8S, 1/4, Coltri...)

Additional information:

• This anti-explosion cabinet allows simultaneous filling of up to 2 ARI bottles with a maximum diameter of 220 mm
• Possibility to integrate a downstream pressure relief station if the regulator is connected to a buffer bottle rack
