This complete solution includes an 8-bar air production source and a separating membrane, which, when coupled with a High-Pressure compressor, delivers a flow rate of 40m3/h of NITROX mixture at atmospheric pressure up to 40%.

The COLTRI LP600 compressor system consists of an industrial screw compressor that provides air at a pressure of 8 bars and a flow rate of 132 m3/h to a nitrogen and oxygen separating membrane.

The oxygen percentage obtained at the outlet can be adjusted from 31% to 40% using a valve accessible directly on the top of the compressor.

The 132 m3/h flow rate from the screw compressor allows for an output flow rate at atmospheric pressure of approximately 40 m3/h of Nitrox at 40%.

This obtained mixture is then drawn in by a High-Pressure compressor (not included in the offer) and can be compressed up to a pressure of 250 bars.

Maximum Nitrox percentages depending on the flow rate of the High-Pressure compressor:

Depending on the flow rate of the associated High-Pressure compressor with the LP600 compressor, it is possible to obtain the following Nitrox percentages:

• High-Pressure compressors up to 40 m3/h: maximum 40%
• High-Pressure compressors up to 42 m3/h: maximum 38%
