The ERGO PETROL range is ideal for intensive professional use. Equipped with 2 front flexible inflation outlets, a drive motor, a robust compression block, automatic drains, and an electrical cabinet that manages the compressor's automatic shutdown.

The ERGO PETROL range is equipped with the MCH16 compression block developed by COLTRI since the late 1960s and constantly improved to meet the performance, air quality, and robustness requirements necessary for use in the most severe conditions.

The ERGO 270 SH PETROL block is designed to last. It has been tested thousands of times in the most extreme conditions around the world.

Adopted by managers of the largest diving centers in Europe, Egypt, the Caribbean, Polynesia, and Asia for its reliability and ease of maintenance.

With over 90,000 machines in operation in fire and rescue services in Europe, North America, and Asia, it is capable of handling significant workloads at service pressures ranging from 330 bars up to 420 bars of operating pressure.

COLTRI ERGO 270 SH PETROL blocks are also installed on merchant and military vessels to meet the safety and diving needs on board.

Proven in the steel, automotive, plastics, and petrochemical industries to meet production needs in harsh operating conditions, it can fulfill the requirements of specific industrial processes.

In service on military operations grounds of numerous armies worldwide, its robustness and reliability made it one of the selection criteria for the French army when renewing its compressor fleet, with 150 compressors deployed in various theaters of operation worldwide.

Compression block quality

The ERGO 270 SH PETROL compression block is designed for professional applications. COLTRI has left nothing to chance when it comes to this essential component of the machine.

All materials are machined from lightweight alloys with high energy performance, ensuring increased reliability.

The honed cylinders have undergone ion nitriding treatment, resulting in a highly hardened surface that provides high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion, and seizing.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings, guaranteeing a long lifespan of the block even under high temperatures.

The block is coated with a special paint that allows excellent heat dissipation while providing protection against external aggressions in saline atmospheres. The paint also facilitates easier maintenance during the cleaning of the cooling coils.

The interstage cooling coils made of 316L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and increased autonomy of the filtration cartridges.

The COLTRI ERGO 270 SH PETROL block is designed to compress air and NITROX blends up to 40% Oxygen.

A compact frame!

The welded frame of the ERGO PETROL range promotes good cooling airflow and protects the user. The chassis incorporates 2 retractable carrying handles, 1 suction mast, the electric motor, the compression block, and the filtration system. The powder-coated epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments.

Filtration for Breathable Air Quality!

The compressor in the ERGO PETROL range is equipped with multiple filtration systems to ensure air quality compliant with the requirements of the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclonic separators on the 2nd and 3rd stages. The MAXIFILTRE final filtration ensures filtration of oil, odors, and water up to a dew point of -60 °C.
