About the COLTRI ICON LSE 100 ET 6m3/h compressor - 230V electric motor

• The ICON block is designed to last, having been tested thousands of times worldwide in the toughest conditions. This specific version is perfectly sized for optimal performance with a 3 kW motor. The oil sump capacity has been increased from 0.3 L to 0.6 L on this new compression block to optimize lubrication in difficult conditions, or when used on a boat to limit the phenomenon of hydroplaning with rolling and pitching.
• The ICON compression block is designed for long life and a limited budget. All materials are made of high-energy lightweight alloys for increased reliability. The ground cylinders are ionically nitrided for a high surface hardness that provides increased resistance to wear, friction, and seizing. The crankshaft is mounted on rugged SKF bearings, ensuring long block life, even at high temperatures. The block is covered with a special paint that allows excellent heat dissipation while providing protection against external aggression in a saline atmosphere. The paint facilitates maintenance when cleaning cooling coils. The intermediate cooling coils are made of 316L stainless steel and are sized to provide optimal cooling and increased filter cartridge autonomy.
• The standard range welded chassis promotes good cooling flow and ensures user safety. The chassis includes a gasoline engine, a compression unit, a filtration system, and a flexible output with a DIN or clamp inflation fitting. The powder-coated epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in harsh environments. For the most demanding operating conditions (marine environment), the compressor is also available in a stainless steel chassis version.
• The ICON range compressor is equipped with several filtration systems that certify air quality in accordance with EN 12021 2014 standards. The compression block is equipped with cyclone separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration ensures filtration of oil, odors, and water. A pressure holding valve is available as an option for industrial processes on fixed networks.
