This version of the MCH6 compressor has been developed to meet the needs of high-pressure air, such as breathing air for diving, fire safety services, and small paintball structures. Different engine options from major manufacturers are available.

The MCH6 Standard range is the most commonly used and praised for its compact size and reduced weight. This version has been selected by the French Army and nautical and river brigades to renew all their compressors since 2009.

The STANDARD range is one of the most widely distributed machines in the world. It is equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block, and a compact frame with transport handles. The frame is suitable for transportation, and this version can be optionally equipped with purges and automatic shutdown.

This version is suitable for users who do not have a three-phase electrical network.

The STANDARD range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the late 1960s and constantly improved to meet the requirements of performance, air quality, and robustness required for use in the most severe conditions.

The MCH6-V17 block is designed to last. It has been tested thousands of times in the most extreme conditions around the world. This special version is perfectly sized to optimize efficiency with a 2.2Kw engine.

Quality of the compression block

The MCH6-V17 compression block is designed for durable operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined in high-performance energy-efficient alloys, allowing for increased reliability.

The rectified cylinders have undergone ion nitriding treatment, which allows for a high surface hardness that promotes high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion, and seizure.

The crankshaft is mounted on sturdy SKF bearings, ensuring long block life even in high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that allows for excellent heat dissipation while protecting it from external attacks in saline atmospheres. The paint allows for easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The inter-stage cooling coils in 316L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow for increased autonomy of the filtration cartridges.

A compact frame!

The STANDARD range's welded frame guarantees good cooling flow and protects the user. The frame integrates the petrol engine, compression block, filtration system, and 1 flexible outlet with DIN or clamp inflation connector. The powder-coated epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe operating conditions (marine environment), the compressor is also available in a stainless steel frame version.

Filtration for breathable air quality!

The STANDARD compressor range is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality meets the requirements of EN 12021:2014.

The compression block is equipped with cyclonic separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration ensures the filtration of oil, odors, and water.

A pressure holding valve is available as an option for industrial processes on fixed networks.

Equipment:

• Welded frame with transport handles: stainless steel frame (Honda motor only) or painted steel (Choose the frame type from the list located to the right of the photos).
• Manual or automatic drains (choose automation from the list located to the right of the photos). The automatic drain option requires the separate acquisition of a 12-volt battery for power (possibility on request to install an automatic drain connectable to a 230-volt mains socket with a 5-meter cable extension for the same price).
• Safety valve shut-off or automatic shut-off (choose automation from the list located to the right of the photos).
