Coltri Mini Compact 100 SH compressor - Honda gasoline engine

This version of the MCH6 compressor has been developed to meet the needs for High Pressure air, such as breathable air for diving, fire safety services, and small paintball structures.

The COMPACT range is equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block, and a compact chassis with transport handles. The chassis is suitable for transport, and this version can be optionally equipped with purges and automatic shutdown.

This version is suitable for users who do not have a three-phase electrical network.

The COMPACT range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the late 1960s and constantly improved to meet the performance, air quality, and robustness requirements required for use in the most severe conditions.

A proven compressor block!

The MCH6-V17 block is designed to last. It has been tested thousands of times in the world's most extreme conditions. This special version is perfectly sized to optimize efficiency with a 2.2 kW engine.

Adopted by both private users and professionals for its reliability and ease of maintenance.

Compression block quality

The MCH6-V17 compression block is designed for durable operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined in high-performance energy-efficient lightweight alloys, allowing for increased reliability.

The honed cylinders have undergone an ion-nitriding treatment, which allows for a high surface hardness promoting high wear, friction, abrasion, and seizure resistance.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings, ensuring a long service life of the block even at high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that allows excellent heat dissipation while ensuring its protection against external aggressions in saline atmospheres. The paint allows for easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The inter-stage cooling coils in 316 L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and increased autonomy of the filtration cartridges.

A compact and robust chassis!

The mechanically welded chassis of the COMPACT range is fully covered and ideal for protecting the machine from falling objects (underwater work...) and protecting the user. The chassis integrates the Honda engine, the compression block, the filtration system, and 1 flexible outlet with DIN or clamp inflation coupling. The powder-coated epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe operating conditions (marine environment), the compressor is also available in an stainless steel chassis version.

Filtration for breathable air quality!

The COMPACT compressor is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality in compliance with the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclone separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration ensures filtration of oil, odors, and water.

A pressure holding valve is available as an option for industrial processes on fixed networks.
