Coltri Mini Compact Compressor with 230-240 volts single-phase electric motor

This version of the MCH6 compressor has been developed to meet the needs of High-Pressure air type for breathing air and for small industrial or laboratory processes. It can also be used for Sport Shooting and for small paintball structures.

The COMPACT range is one of the most widely spread machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block, and a surrounding chassis with transport handles. The chassis is adapted for transport and this version can be optionally equipped with purges and automatic shutdown.

This version is suitable for users who do not have a three-phase electrical network.

The COMPACT range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the late 1960s and constantly improved to meet the requirements of performance, air quality, and robustness required for use in the most severe conditions.

A proven compressor block!

The MCH6-V17 block is designed to last. It has been tested thousands of times in the most extreme conditions around the world. This special version is perfectly sized to optimize efficiency with a 2.2kW motor.

Adopted by private users and professionals for its reliability and ease of maintenance.

Quality of the compression block

The MCH6-V17 compression block is designed for durable operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined from high-energy performance lightweight alloys for increased reliability.

The rectified cylinders have undergone an ionic nitriding treatment, which allows obtaining a high surface hardness promoting high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion, and seizing.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings guaranteeing a long service life of the block even at high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint allowing excellent heat dissipation while ensuring protection against external aggressions in saline atmospheres. The paint allows for easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The inter-stage cooling coils in 316L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow for increased autonomy of the filtration cartridges.

A compact and sturdy chassis!

The welded chassis of the COMPACT range is fully enclosed and ideal for protecting the machine from falling objects (underwater work...) and protecting the user. The chassis integrates the electric motor, the compression block, the filtration system, and 1 flexible outlet with a DIN or bracket inflation connector. The epoxy powder resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe conditions of use (marine environment), the compressor is also available in a stainless steel chassis version.

Filtration for breathable air quality!

The COMPACT compressor is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality compliance with the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compressor block is equipped with cyclonic separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration ensures filtration of oil, odors, and water.

A pressure holding valve is available as an option for industrial processes on fixed networks.
