COLTRI Mini Compact 100 ET 3 kW Three-phase

Coltri Mini Compact 100 ET compressor with 3 kW three-phase electric motor, 400 volts.

This version of the MCH6 compressor was developed to meet the needs of high-pressure air such as breathable air and for small industrial or laboratory processes. It can also be used for sports shooting and small paintball structures.

The MCH6 Standard range is the most commonly used and popular thanks to its reduced size and weight. This version has been selected by the French Army and nautical and river brigades for the renewal of all its compressors since 2009.

The COMPACT range is one of the most widely used machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block, and a compact chassis with transport handles. The chassis is suitable for transport, and this version can be optionally equipped with purges and automatic shut-off.

The COMPACT range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the late 1960s and constantly improved to meet the requirements of performance, air quality, and robustness required for use in the most severe conditions.

A proven compression block!

The MCH6-V17 block is designed to last. It has been tested thousands of times in the most extreme conditions worldwide. This special version is perfectly sized to optimize performance with a 3 kW motor.

Adopted by individual and professional users for its reliability and ease of maintenance.

Compression block quality

The MCH6-V17 compression block is designed for durable operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined in high-performance energy-efficient light alloys for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have undergone ion nitriding treatment, which provides high surface hardness for high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion, and seizing.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings ensuring a long lifespan of the block even in high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint allowing excellent heat dissipation while ensuring protection against external aggressions in saline atmospheres. The paint allows easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The inter-stage cooling coils made of 316L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow increased autonomy of the filtration cartridges.

A compact and sturdy chassis!

The COMPACT range welded mechanical chassis is fully covered and ideal for protecting the machine from falling objects (underwater work...) and protecting the user. The chassis integrates the electric motor, the compression block, the filtration system, and 1 flexible outlet with DIN or bracket inflation connection. The powdered epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe operating conditions (marine atmosphere), the compressor is also available in an inox chassis version.

Filtration for breathable air quality!

The COMPACT compressor range is equipped with several filtration systems to ensure air quality that complies with the requirements of the EN 12021:2014 standard.

The compression block is equipped with cyclonic separators on the 4th stage. The final filtration ensures oil, odor, and water filtration.

A pressure holding valve is available as an option for industrial processes on fixed networks.
