About the Coltri MCH3-EM Standard compressor with low consumption 230-240 volt single-phase electric motor

• This version of the MCH3 compressor has been developed to meet the needs of high-pressure air, such as breathing air and sports shooting. It is ideal for filling sports shooting cartridges or for use on a boat equipped with a small 4 Kva generator.
• The MCH3 Standard range allows for occasional filling of bottles for sports shooting associations or individual divers.
• The STANDARD range is one of the most widely used machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block, and a compact frame with transport handles. The frame is suitable for transport, and this version can be optionally equipped with automatic purges and shut-off.
• This version is suitable for users without a three-phase electrical network. The welded frame of the STANDARD range promotes good cooling airflow and protects the user. The frame integrates the electric motor, compression block, filtration system, and 1 flexible outlet with DIN or clamp inflation fitting. The powder-coated epoxy resin paint provides effective protection in hostile environments. For the most severe conditions of use (marine environment), the compressor is also available in a stainless steel frame version.
• The MCH3-V4 block is designed to last. It has been tested thousands of times in the world's most extreme conditions. This special version is perfectly sized to optimize efficiency with a 1.5Kw motor.
• The MCH3-V4 compression block is designed for durable operation and a reduced budget. All materials are machined from lightweight, high-performance energy alloys for increased reliability. The rectified cylinders have undergone ion nitriding treatment, which provides a high surface hardness promoting high wear resistance, friction, abrasion, and seizure. The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings, ensuring long block life even in high temperatures. The block is painted with a special paint that allows for excellent heat dissipation while ensuring protection against external aggression in saline atmospheres. The paint allows for easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils. The 316L stainless steel inter-stage cooling coils are sized to ensure optimal cooling and increased filtration cartridge autonomy.
