This version of the MCH6 compressor has been developed to meet the inflation needs of small paintball structures, such as associations or start-up professionals, for occasional inflation of a 15L buffer block.

The MCH6 Standard range is the most commonly used and popular thanks to its compact size and reduced weight. This version was selected by the French Army and the nautical and river brigades for the renewal of all its compressors since 2009.

The STANDARD range is one of the most widely used machines in the world. Equipped with a flexible inflation outlet, a drive motor, a robust compression block, and a compact chassis with transport handles. The chassis is suitable for transport, and this version can be optionally equipped with purges and automatic shutdown.

This version is suitable for users without an electrical network or who want complete autonomy.

The STANDARD range is equipped with the MCH6 compression block developed by COLTRI since the late 1960s and constantly improved to meet the performance, air quality, and robustness requirements required for use in the most severe conditions.

Compression block quality

The MCH6-V17 compression block is designed for durable operation and a reduced budget.

All materials are machined in high-performance, energy-efficient lightweight alloys for increased reliability.

The ground cylinders have undergone an ionic nitriding treatment, which results in a high surface hardness, promoting high resistance to wear, friction, abrasion, and seizure.

The crankshaft is mounted on robust SKF bearings, ensuring a long life of the block even in high temperatures.

The block is painted with a special paint that allows for excellent heat dissipation while ensuring protection against external attacks in saline atmospheres. The paint allows for easier maintenance when cleaning the cooling coils.

The inter-stage cooling coils in 316L stainless steel are sized to ensure optimal cooling and allow for increased autonomy of the filtration cartridges.

A compact chassis!

The STANDARD range's welded chassis allows for good cooling flow and protects the user. The chassis integrates the gasoline engine, the compression block, the filtration system, and 1 flexible outlet with a DIN or clamp inflation fitting. The epoxy powder resin paint provides effective protection in harsh environments.
