Waterproof DL200 housing (DRY LOCK) for Panasonic Lumix GH5, GH5S, GH5-II digital cameras

This next-generation housing offers excellent ergonomics. The transparent Lexan on the rear door allows verification of the correct positioning of the camera body and controls inside the housing. The specially formulated gray color reflects sunlight for better cooling of the device over time, particularly for devices recording in 4K. Compared to black or transparent housings, the gray color provides superior contrast for better LCD screen visualization. The levers and buttons enable the use of nearly all original camera commands. An optional electronic converter compatible with GH5-II, GH5S, GH5 enables retrieval and transmission of TTL information for an external flash: automatically calculates and adjusts flash power based on ambient light. A flash socket, through a waterproof connector, allows the use of an external TTL flash from the Ikelite range: DS51, 125, 160, 161, 162, 230. The sync cable inhibits the internal camera flash, significantly enhancing autonomy. An extra-large, flexible zoom control enables fine and precise focal adjustments. The housing comes equipped with a 1/2" vacuum valve for pre-dive sealing checks (manual vacuum pump sold separately). Ideal for diving, water sports like surfing, pool use, etc. Standard M16 port for accessories. Optionally, an M24 port for an external HDMI monitor can be added (visible in the photo but not included by default); contact us for more information.

  • Note: This housing does not include a port! The port is essential for system waterproofing and must be separately ordered according to the type of lens used. Please contact us for personalized advice on this matter.

Accessible Controls:

All major camera controls are accessible from the housing, except for:

  • Diopter adjustment button
  • Rear adjustment wheel
  • Rear wheel locking button (must be unlocked before inserting the camera body into the housing).

Compatible Ports and Domes:

This housing allows the use of most lenses through its DL "DRY LOCK" port system.

Compatible External Flashes:

Using an external flash is recommended for improved color reproduction and subject exposure. It is not possible to use a flash with a fiber optic triggering system with this housing.

To utilize the TTL function of Ikelite flashes, a separate Panasonic PT1 TTL electronic converter (ref. IKE46032) must be purchased.

Recommended flashes include:

  • Flash DS51 II (TTL with PANASONIC PT1 46032 converter and manual)
  • Flash DS160 II (TTL with PANASONIC PT1 46032 converter and manual)
  • Flash DS230 (TTTL with PANASONIC PT1 46032 converter and manual)
  • Inon S220 (manual mode only)
  • Sea & Sea YS-D3 Duo (manual mode only)
