Waterproof housing for CANON EOS M6 Mark II digital camera

A next-generation housing offering excellent ergonomics. The transparent polycarbonate rear door allows for easy checking of the camera's positioning and control levers inside the housing. The specially formulated gray color reflects sunlight to provide better cooling for the camera, especially for 4K video recording. Compared to black or transparent housings, the gray color offers superior contrast for better LCD screen visibility. The levers and buttons enable the use of nearly all of the camera's original controls. A dual optical fiber support allows you to capture the internal flash's light from the camera to simultaneously trigger up to 2 external flashes via optical fiber connections. Special TTL management electronics will soon be available (contact us for details).

  • Please note that this housing does not include a port!

Accessible controls:

All important camera controls are accessible from the housing, except for:

  • MF/AF switch
  • Rear dial
  • Flash pop-up button (for use with optical fiber flash, the flash must be popped up before closing the housing)
  • Most rear dial functions can be accessed using the "up," "down," "left," and "right" arrows on the housing.

Compatible ports and domes:

This housing is compatible with a wide range of lenses and uses the DLM (DRY LOCK MICRO) type A port system.

Compatible external flashes:

Using an external flash is recommended and improves color rendition and subject exposure. This housing allows the use of any flash with an optical fiber trigger system.

To benefit from TTL flash functionality with Ikelite strobes, an electronic TTL converter CANON CT1 + B1A bulkhead (ref. IKE 46076) must be purchased separately.

Recommended flashes include:

  • DS51 II Flash (TTL with CT1 Converter 46076 and Manual)
  • DS160 II Flash (TTL with CT1 Converter 46076 and Manual)
  • DS230 Flash (TTL with CT1 Converter 46076 and Manual)
  • Inon S220 (manual mode only)
  • Sea & Sea YS-D3 Duo (manual mode only)
